Boss ducks spawn at night. Undergeared players are one-shot. Make sure your HP is full before the night phase begins.
Dodge sideways, not back
Boss telegraphs its attacks. Dodging sideways keeps you inside shot range; dodging back leaves you chasing a moving target.
Fire once or twice between dodges
Maintain DPS while preserving HP. Chain one or two shots between dodge rolls for a clean clear.
Performance → Feathers
The Feathers you earn from defeating the boss scale with daytime performance: hunting speed, hits taken, and boss clear time. Use the Feather Income Planner tool to model your expected daily income.
Use the boss as a gear check
Titan-style swarm days should be used to verify your weapon/dog loadout. If you cannot clear the boss cleanly, consider another damage upgrade.
